The EB-3 stream
What is EB-3 skilled worker?
EB-3 is a US residency stream for workers who hold a trade, relevant experience or equivalent formal training. Applicants need the skills and experience to fill a role a US employer is hiring for. It is a route for a worker and their family to live and work lawfully in the United States.
Who can apply
- Age Between 18 and 50
- Police record Clean
- Health Meets health requirements, free of communicable disease
- Skills At least 2 years of experience, or equivalent formal training

EB-3 is assessed on your trade and on the employer sponsoring you, and a spouse and unmarried children can be included on the same application.
